Short Intro:

Making decisions in a stable state is hard enough but when a crisis hits it is both easier and more difficult!  This presentation will address different types of decision making and different ways to more effectively understand the context and consequences.  Some of the core principles of crisis management such as centralizing co-ordination while distributing decision making and communication by engagement will be discussed and practical methods for achieving those outlined.
