MESA 312, in collaboration with the Embassy of Spain in Thailand, presents "SANT JORDI 2022", World Book Day.
We will celebrate the World Book Day following the tradition of Sant Jordi in Catalonia, Spain.
We want to promote reading, both among children and adults, through Spanish-speaking, thai authors translated into different languages and international ones. New and second-hand books, in English, Thai, Spanish and more languages, are available from independent bookstores and editorials from Spain and Thailand.
There will be readings of children’s books, art workshops, music, paella (Spanish rice), book signings and much more!
Among the stands of books, art, fashion, food... there will be a space where people can make donations of books and school material for children in need.
The love for books and solidarity deserve a day of celebration!
