Synopsis
Two mainland Chinese immigrants arrive in Hong Kong in search of a better life and unexpectedly find each other in the process. As they navigate hardship, ambition, and the passage of time, their bond grows in quiet, complicated ways. Though life repeatedly pulls them apart, something between them refuses to fade.
