Terms and Conditions for Participating in BOOTCAMP DAY 2026

This activity is for applicants who use the LINE Official Account, LINE Ads, MyCustomer | CRM or MyShop service in Thailand. To participate in BOOTCAMP DAY 2026 (“BOOTCAMP DAY 2026” or “Event”), applicants must fully comply with the terms and conditions specified by the Company as follows:

1. This campaign is organized by LINE Company (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Company”).
2. The Company will collect and use the personal data of activity participants, which includes personal details (e.g., full name, age, social media account name used as a sales channel), contact information (e.g., phone number, email), internal identifiers, and information related to participation in the activity (e.g., proof of registration, activity participation time, photographs or video recordings of activity participation).

(2) To verify and confirm the identity/eligibility of the participants

(3) To verify compliance with the terms and conditions of the activity

(4) To communicate, respond to inquiries, and provide necessary information to participants

(5) To announce the names of prize winners/those selected to participate in the activity

(6) To deliver benefits/prizes/giveaways to prize winners/participants

(7) To fulfill the Company’s legal obligations

For the purposes stated above, the Company may need to disclose participants’ personal data to external parties, including the Company’s affiliates, partners, and service providers.

The Company will retain participants’ personal data for a period not exceeding 1 year from the date the data is collected, or for a period required by applicable laws or relevant regulations. In any case, the collection, use, and disclosure of such personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. 3. Details and Conditions for Attending BOOTCAMP DAY 2026

3.1  BOOTCAMP DAY 2026 is organized by LINE Company (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Company”) on 10 March 2026, at Samyan Mitrtown Hall, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The purpose of the Event is to promote marketing related activities.

3.2  The selection of applicants for BOOTCAMP DAY 2026 requires that applicants must have successfully completed payment for at least one of the following services: LINE Official Account, LINE Ads, MyCustomer | CRM, or MyShop during the period from 1 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 (there is no minimum spending requirement for these services). Applicants must also correctly and completely fill out the form specified by the Company during the registration period from 12 December 2025 at 15.00 hrs. to 10 March 2026 at 16.00 hrs.

Applicants who meet the other qualifications aligned with the Event’s purpose and the Company’s discretion will be given priority in the selection process. The number of available spots is limited to the first 3,000 applicants.

There will be two types of BOOTCAMP DAY 2026 tickets:

1.       Standard Ticket, and
2.       VIP Ticket

Applicants who register and pass the selection criteria set by the Company will be eligible to receive a Standard Ticket.

For applicants selected by the Company to receive a VIP Ticket, the number of VIP Tickets is limited to 150. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: (i) They must be registered for the Event and have already received confirmation of their participation. (ii) They must register for and attend a training session organized by the Company, called the “Pre-Education Online Class” which will take place during January 2026 and February 2026 (the Company will inform applicants of the specific dates and times later). (iii) They must be among the top 100 applicants with the highest total spending that already successfully paid for any of the following services: LINE Official Account, LINE Ads, MyCustomer | CRM, or MyShop, during the period from 1 December 2025 to 15 February 2026. If applicants have equal spending amounts, priority will be determined based on the order of registration (First Come, First Served).

Additionally, the first 50 applicants who arrive at BOOTCAMP DAY 2026 and complete onsite check-in starting from 8:30 a.m. (50 available spots) will receive an upgrade from a Standard Ticket to a VIP Ticket on the Event day.

The special privileges for VIP Ticket holders include access to VIP seating and eligibility to join the evening Networking session.

3.3  The applicant affirms that they are the rightful owner of the LINE Official Account indicated in this form, or that they have been duly authorized by the lawful owner of the LINE Official Account. The applicant also confirms that they use the LINE Official Account in compliance with applicable laws and with the LINE Official Account Terms of Use, available at: https://terms2.line.me/official_account_terms_oth, as well as the terms of use of any other services related to the said LINE Official Account as specified at https://lineforbusiness.com/th/terms-and-policies.

3.4  If the Company finds that the information provided by the applicant is incorrect, inaccurate, or inconsistent with the facts, or if there is reasonable suspicion that the applicant has failed to comply with the LINE Official Account Terms of Use at: https://terms2.line.me/official_account_terms_oth, including the terms of use of any other services related to the said LINE Official Account, the Company reserves the right to deny the applicant’s participation in the Event. Such decision shall be made at the Company’s sole discretion and based on appropriateness, and the Company’s discretion shall be final and conclusive.

3.5  The Company will notify the applicants selected to participate in BOOTCAMP DAY 2026 via the email address provided during registration. The Company will notify applicants who receive a Standard Ticket within 15 business days from the date of registration. For applicants who receive a VIP Ticket, the Company will notify the first 100 eligible applicants by 28 February 2026. Additionally, applicants who receive a VIP Ticket through an upgrade of their Standard Ticket (50 available spots as stated in Clause 3.2) will be informed on the Event day.

3.6  The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions for participation in BOOTCAMP DAY 2026 as deemed appropriate. If any amendments result in disadvantages or impose additional obligations on the applicants beyond what is stated herein, the Company will provide prior notice to the applicants via the official LINE for Business account.

3.8  The rights granted to applicants who receive BOOTCAMP DAY 2026 Event tickets, as well as any other rights under these terms and conditions, are personal to the applicant and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person. Such rights also cannot be exchanged for other benefits or for cash under any circumstances.

3.9  The Company  reserves the right to revoke any Event ticket or other rights granted to any applicant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

3.10  All decisions made by the Company shall be final and conclusive. 

3.11  The applicant has read, understood, and fully agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
