Ana Souza is a Brazilian native who holds position as Lead bartender and System manager at Hong kong's converted neighborhood cocktail bar, The Pontiac ranked #19 in world 50 best bar Asia.

She holds a title of Hong Kong cointreau Queen 2016 and the past year alone has been nominated second runner up in the Clement Ti-punch and finalist for the Bar Award Ada Coleman Female Bartender of the year award.

She will spend one night making her beautiful signature cocktail at rabbit hole. We are so excited.
