In this talk, Piyush Sinha, UX Researcher at Agoda, will talk about getting started with UX Research from scratch, involving stakeholders and knowledge sharing. He’ll also talk about some interesting practices and tools that can aid you as you go about conducting research.
Piyush is currently building the UX Research practice at Agoda. He has extensive experience working with startups. He has conducted UX research in more than 12 countries. He previously led the design team at TechStars Chicago startup SimpleRelevance (acquired by Rise Interactive). Most recently he was working with a stealth startup in the Medical Device industry. Passionate about knowledge sharing, he also taught at the StartUp Institute in Chicago.
