การจัดงาน ASEAN Fisheries and Aquaculture Conferenceand Exposition 2016: ASEAN Seafood for the World ในครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนได้แก่ งานพบปะเจรจาธุรกิจ 2 วันและเปิดขายทั่วไป 1 วัน
คาดว่าผู้ผลิตผู้ส่งออกสินค้าประมงไทยและอุตสาหกรรมต่อเนื่องทั้งขนาดใหญ่และ SMEs มีโอกาสเจรจาธุรกิจกับผู้นำเข้าได้มากขึ้น อีกทั้งจะช่วยส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อการผลิตสินค้าประมงของไทยอย่างมีคุณภาพสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล ในส่วนของนักวิชาการ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ นิสิตนักศึกษา ได้มีโอกาสเพิ่มพูนความรู้ประสบการณ์ด้านการประมงจากต่างประเทศทั่วโลกและที่สำคัญจะเป็นการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในประเทศจากการเดินทางเข้ามาร่วมงานของชาวต่างชาติเป็นอย่างดีโดยจะได้รับความเชื่อมั่นจากประเทศผู้นำเข้าและได้พัฒนาภาคการประมงอย่างยั่งยืน
ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมหลัก 2 ส่วน ได้แก่
- งานแสดงสินค้าประมงและอุตสาหกรรมต่อเนื่อง จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 4 -6 สิงหาคม 2559 ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยผู้ผลิตและผู้ส่งออกสินค้าประมงและอุตสาหกรรมต่อเนื่องทั่วโลก สมาคมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประมงของไทยและผู้ประกอบการรายย่อย ร่วมแสดงสินค้าประมงและอุตสาหกรรมด้านการประมงอย่างครบวงจร
- งานสัมมนาวิชาการประมง จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 3 - 6 สิงหาคม 2559โดยกรมประมงร่วมกับองค์การข่ายงานศูนย์เพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำแห่งเอเชียและแปซิฟิค หรือ NACA ศูนย์พัฒนาการประมงแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAFDEC) องค์กรระหว่างประเทศ สมาพันธ์ และสมาคมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมสัมมนาแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดและเปิดมุมมองด้านการประมงโดยนักวิชาการ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ นักศึกษา ผู้แทนองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ NGOsและผู้สนใจจากทั่วโลก
การจัดงานสัมมนา
ตกลงร่วมกันจัดงานสัมมนาวิชาการด้านประมงและการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำนานาชาติ ครั้งที่ 11 (11th Asian Fisheries and Aquaculture Forum, 11AFAF) โดยมีแนวคิดการจัดงาน คือ Asian Food Security for the World พร้อมกับงานสัมมนาวิชาการ ASEAN Fisheries and Aquaculture Conference and Exposition 2016: ASEAN Seafood for the World เป็นการสัมมนาวิชาการที่มีความครอบคลุมประเด็นเนื้อหาด้านการประมงและการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำและมิติต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งจะทำให้งานสัมมนาวิชาการฯเป็นที่จูงใจและเป็นประโยชน์แก่นักวิชาการด้านการประมงและผู้เข้าร่วมการสัมมนามากยิ่งขึ้น รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม กรมประมง โทร. 02-579-7941
The ASEAN Fisheries and Aquaculture Conference and Exposition 2016: ASEAN Seafood for the World will take place from 4 – 6 August 2016 at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC). An unrivalled forum for manufacturers and exporters of fisheries and aquaculture products worldwide to meet, exchange experiences and do business, as well as source from thousands of products and services showcased in the international exhibition.
This event is divided into two parts- two days of business negotiation, and one day which will be open to the public. The event is expected to attract a wide range of delegates including Thai manufacturers, exporters and downstream industries, both large and SMEs- an ideal forum for negotiation and an opportunity to create new trade deals. The event will also serve to boost the quality image of Thailand’s fisheries and aquaculture products, in line with the highest international standards.
The event itself will comprise two main activities:
An international fisheries and aquaculture exhibition, running from 4 to 6 August 2016 at BITEC International Trade and Exhibition Centre, Bangna, Bangkok. The exhibition will showcase the products and services of manufacturers and exporters of fisheries and aquaculture products, global supply chain actors, Thai fisheries and aquaculture associations, and fisheries SMEs.
An academic fisheries and aquaculture conference, to take place from 3 to 6 August 2016, jointly organized by Thailand’s Fisheries Department, the Network for Aquaculture Centers in Asia and the Pacific or NACA, and the Southeast Asia Fisheries Development Center, or SEAFDEC, together with international organizations, fisheries federations and associations. Delegates will share ideas and perspectives on the sector’s development and future challenges. The event will be attended by academics, leading fisheries and aquaculture experts, representatives of international organizations, NGOs, students, and interested persons from all over the world.
From an academic perspective, the event offers a perfect opportunity for scholars, practitioners and students to exchange knowledge and experiences from around the world.
Most importantly for Thailand, the event is expected to stimulate the domestic economy from the participation of overseas delegates, increased confidence among overseas buyers, and the long-term focus on development of a sustainable fisheries sector.
