In partnership with the Center For Entrepreneurship, University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute, the Yunus Center at AIT (YCA) will host the Second Entrepreneurship Week in Bangkok. This year’s theme “Entrepreneurship & Innovation for a Sustainable Belt and Road Region” aims to raise the discussion on how entrepreneurship, technology and innovation can be harnessed to achieve a sustainable and inclusive Belt and Road Region.

The program is designed around three distinct but integrated elements:

1)      Inspiring Sessions with government representatives, academics and experts to build understanding of the BRI as a development pathway and its impact in Asia, along with expert presentations on how social entrepreneurship fits into BRI as a catalyst for inclusive growth in the region.

2)   Immersion visits that provide insights into Thailand’s enterprise ecosystem, as well as an SE Exhibition.

3)   Technical sessions with our guest scholars on cutting-edge research on key areas relevant to social innovation and entrepreneurship.

EW2019 is itself designed as a social business. There is no conference fee. When registering, delegates will be able to choose which specific conference services to purchase from our roster of entrepreneurs. From accommodation and conference kits to refreshments and consumables, delegates will be able to directly experience Thailand’s unique enterprise culture.
