Join award-winning New York film-makers Roswitha Rodrigues and Graham Elliott to find out how to create engaging and successful videos with your smartphone that capture the attention and imagination of your online audience and turn your viewers into fans.
Join one, or both, of two workshop sessions to explore creative storytelling approaches. Learn clever ways to turn your smartphone and simple equipment into professional recording gear (Session 1), or discover expert production techniques for art direction, shooting, lighting and sound to help you translate your story into a powerful online viewing experience (Session 2).
Graham Elliott and Roswitha Rodrigues’ films have been featured at film festivals around the world. Their current endeavor ‘World in Motion – Visual Culture in the Making’ is an interactive documentary project that explores visual culture around the globe. Both have been teaching at the School of Visual Arts in New York for more than 20 years.
