14 July 2024	Exhibit application is available at July 14,2024  Your shop will go through consideration process. (*The application will be complete once the first 50% of the payment has been made. If Exhibitor does not make a payment, another person can reserve the booth position instead). Applications will close once all Exhibitor have paid for the total number of booths.)
15 October 2024	Application deadline at 11:59 PM
23 August 2024	Announcement for qualified Exhibitor for Village (2x2 m)
30 August 2024	General Booth: Pay the deposit (50% of full-price)  to confirm your attendance Village Booth: Pay 100% payment to confirm your attendance for Village Zone  (For those who does not complete the payment before the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled, and the booth will be given to the next exhibitor in the queue.)
4 Outober 2024	Draw lots to select the booth location
25 September 2024	General Booth: Pay the deposit (50% of full-price)  to confirm your attendance

July 14, 2024 Apply Online

Exhibit application is available on July 14, 2024 Please complete THAILAND COFFEE FEST Year End 2024 booth application form. To confirm a place at the event, you can make your first payment as of today. You’ll receive an email as soon as the payment has been completed as well as a Bill Payment slip in 3 business day. The first payment is 50%. Your shop will go through consideration process. Application deadline is October 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM.

A retail shop can hold only one Village booth. For the small coffee roasting factory, the coffee roasting machine weight must not exceed 5 kgs. The booths are 2x2m. The list of qualified exhibitors Village Booth will be announced on August 23,2024.

 **Village Booth This is a chance for small retailers to attend the THAILAND COFFEE FEST 'Year End' 2024.

1. For the small coffee roasting factory, the coffee roasting machine weight must not exceed 5 kgs
2. Exhibitor in the Village Zone will have to pass the requirement, please send your information for consideration.  1 Exhibitor can only reserve 1 Village Booth
3. Exhibitor in the Village Zone can only sell products that is submitted at the registration.
4. Announcement for qualified Village booth on August 23, 2024 and the payment has to be made in full of 20,000 Baht (Excluding VAT) within August 30, 2024.

August 23, 2024 Announcement for qualified Exhibitor for Village Zone

The list of qualified exhibitors Village Booth will be announced on Thailand Coffee Fest Facebook page then you will receive a confirmation e-mail again. The exhibitors will be selected by organizer and Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand.

Please pay the payment to confirm your attendance within August 16, 2024
(For those who does not complete the payment before the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled, and the booth will be given to the next exhibitor in the queue.)

October 4 , 2024 Draw lots to select the booth location

To be fair to every exhibitor, the booth location will be selected by Lottery Draw (The place will be announced again)
*The draw will be random, if Exhibitor would like to select the specific booth’s location; Exhibitor will have to be a sponsor for this event.
