As one of Asia's most significant coffee festivals.
The event covers 20,000 sq.m., attracts over 100,000 attendees, and hosts more than 400 vendors.
Join us in driving the growth of the Thai coffee industry.

Remark: This layout is only a representation of the booth types by size. Once the number of exhibitors is confirmed, the layout will be adjusted accordingly for better suitability.

📆 Schedule and Regulations for Space Reservation Registration

7 December 2025	Exhibit application is available Your shop will go through consideration process. (*The application will be complete once the first 50% of the payment has been made. If Exhibitor does not make a payment, another person can reserve the booth position instead). Applications will close once all Exhibitor have paid for the total number of booths.)
28 February 2026	Application deadline at 11:59 PM
12 March 2026	Announcement for qualified Exhibitor for Village (2x2 m)
25 March 2026	General Booth : Pay the deposit (50% of full-price) to confirm your attendance Village Booth: Pay 100% payment to confirm your attendance for Village Zone (For those who does not complete the payment before the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled, and the booth will be given to the next exhibitor in the queue.)
April 2026	Draw lots to select the booth location
April 2026	General Booth: Pay the deposit (50% of full-price) to confirm your attendance

Terms and Conditions for Thailand Coffee Fest 2026

Reserved for businesses, products, equipment, tools, and services related to coffee and coffee-related companions.
Products display in the Exhibition has to be legal and not copyright infringement
Selling food and drinks (alcohol) are not allowed
If the products display in the exhibition are not registered upon the registration, Organizer reserved the right to notify Exhibitors to stop displaying that product immediately. If Exhibitors still violate this rule, Organizer reserved the right to terminate Exhibitors from the Exhibition. All damages/losses will be exhibitors’ responsibility and the payment will not be refunded
Organizer reserved the right, in any circumstance to refunded.
In case of unavoidable cause such as natural disaster, political uncertainty, pandemic, or any others; which cause the Exhibition to be postponed, Organizer reserved the right, in any circumstance to refunded.
