Kick off the new decade feeling your best with a 4 week strength, cardio and conditioning boot camp co-run by Jojo and Jerome. Increase your strength and stamina. Monday/Friday HIIT workouts focus on strength & cardio, Wednesday is a core-blast class and finally, take your choice of any other regularly scheduled yoga class for 4 classes per week. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training where we mix short bursts of activity using TRX suspension ropes, free weights and cardio exercises with even shorter periods of rest.

MONDAY 7:00 - 7:45AM Strength focused HIIT Workout
WEDNESDAY 7:00 - 7:45AM Total Core Workout
FRIDAY 7:00 - 7:45AM Cardio focused HIIT Workout
PLUS any other regularly scheduled yoga or pilates class during the week
Investment: $135 (total of 17 classes)
