The Exclusive Mizubasho Sake Dinner will only be served in the evening of Wednesday, April 25 from 7pm at Embassy Room on level 9 of Park Hyatt Bangkok.

Experience Executive Chef Franck Detrait's five - course dinner accompanied with suitable sake. Each dish is created with French techniques infused with Japanese influences and created from local products.Each dish has been created expressly to bring out the delicate taste of each sake selected.

Guests will have the honor of meeting President & CEO of Nagai Sake Inc, Noriyoshi Nagai who will personally introduce the Japanese way of life and sake culture and how to incorporate traditional handmade methods while bringing on modern technology.
