Terms, Rules, and Important Information for Ticket Buyers
- No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Please double-check all details before making payment.
- Cooperation Required: Anyone who refuses to cooperate with event staff may be denied entry.
- Seating Policy: Seats are not assigned (first come, first served). Saving seats by placing items is not allowed. Any items left will be removed and placed at the Lost & Found. The organizer is not responsible for any lost items.
- Name Change Policy:
- Ticket holders may change the attendee name once only.
- Online name change is available at https://www.zipeventapp.com/e/ECONOMICFORUM2025 until October 31, 2025, 6:00 PM. via the chatbox at the bottom right corner of the website.
- On-site name change is allowed at least 1 hour before the event starts, but requires a copy of the original ticket holder’s ID with a signed authorization.
- No on-site name change is allowed if the name has already been changed online.
- No Second Name Change: If the name has already been changed once online, no further changes are allowed. To attend, you must present an official ID (National ID card, driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued document) that matches the name on the ticket, along with a signed authorization.
- Agreement: Purchasing a ticket means you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
- Right to Change: The organizer reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

Tax Invoice/Receipt & Withholding Tax (WHT)
1. Tax Invoice / Receipt
Tax invoices are automatically issued by Zipevent’s e-Tax Invoice & Receipt system.
Please double-check your information before confirming, as invoices cannot be edited after issuance.
The e-Tax Invoice & Receipt will be sent by email right after payment.
The emailed e-Tax Invoice & Receipt can be used as a payment reference.
If you need the official hard copy for accounting/tax purposes, please email accounting@thestandard.co with the subject: “Request for Original Tax Invoice” and attach the e-Tax Invoice & Receipt.
The official invoice will be sent within 7 business days.
2. Withholding Tax (WHT)
Buyers can apply 3% withholding tax (calculated from the ticket price before 7% VAT, excluding Zipevent service fees).
After full payment, The Standard will refund the WHT amount within 15 business days, once all documents are received.

Ticket ID and Event Name
Company Certificate
VAT Registration (Por.Por.20)
Original Withholding Tax Certificate (must show the exact payment date)
Copy of Bank Account Book (for companies only)
Order confirmation or e-Tax Invoice from Zipevent
